Okay, so that’s not a simple question—nor was the roadmap to the answer.


We knew our complementary skills—MBA (David Becker) and Creative Director (Philippe Becker)—would provide a great foundation for achieving
our vision. But how do we get there?


We decided to grow our business as if we were planning a dinner party.
Set a great table (business foundation and studio space), gather the best ingredients we could find (talent), invite the most interesting guests (clients), cook the best meal we know how (creative work) and pay close attention to
the alchemy and see how things unfold. This approach has proven to be
quite successful and has been our guiding business philosophy for the last
10 years—we just keep refining the recipe and menu. (Sorry, but we can’t
help the metaphor, our mother is a profoundly brilliant French cook.)


Today we have 22 talented people collaborating with a wonderfully diverse range of clients on exciting projects. As business continues to recognize
the power of design and innovation as levers for positive change, we are
ever more curious and excited about what the next 10 years will bring…
